Zhao Mingfu (1964-), second-class professor, doctor of engineering, doctoral supervisor, is currently the vice president of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Chongqing University of Technology. Director of Chongqing Key Laboratory of Optical Fiber Sensing and Optoelectronic Testing, Director of Chongqing Key Laboratory of Modern Optoelectronic Testing Technology and Instruments, Director of Chongqing University Engineering Research Center of Intelligent Optical Fiber Sensing Technology, and Leader of Chongqing University Research and Innovation Team; Chongqing outstanding young and middle-aged backbone teachers, the first batch of enterprise science and technology commissioners in Chongqing, and the outstanding science and technology workers of China Institute of Electronics (5th session). Research areas: intelligent sensing and sensing technology, optical fiber biochemical sensing technology, information acquisition and processing, intelligent information processing, etc. Presided over 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects (50876120, 51276209) and over 30 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects; Among them, he presided over one major and key teaching reform project at the provincial and ministerial levels, and one project of the first batch of science and technology commissioners in Chongqing "Enterprise Science and Technology Commissioners-Hundred Talents Plan Action". 赵明富(1964-),二级教授,工学博士,博士生导师,现任重庆理工大学电气与电子工程学院副院长。重庆英才·创新创业领军人才、重庆市巴渝学者特聘教授、重庆市学术技术带头人,重庆市第三、四、五届政协委员;中国仪器仪表学会高级会员,重庆市电子学会副理事长、中国电子学会高级会员;国家自然科学基金项目、国家863项目通讯评审专家,《半导体光电》、《激光杂志》杂志编委。光纤传感与光电检测重庆市重点实验室主任,现代光电检测技术与仪器重庆市高校重点实验室主任,智能光纤感知技术重庆市高校工程研究中心主任,重庆市高校科研创新团队带头人;重庆市优秀中青年骨干教师,重庆市首批企业科技特派员,中国电子学会优秀科技工作者(第五届)。主要研究领域:智能感知与传感技术、光纤生物化学传感技术、信息获取与处理、智能信息处理等。主持国家自然基金项目2项(50876120 、51276209),主持省部级科研项目30余项;其中,主持省部级重大、重点教学改革项目各1项,主持重庆市 “企业科技特派员——百人计划行动” 首批科技特派员项目1项。获得国家发明专利12项、实用新型专利10项,公开发表学术论文200余篇,被国际三大检索收录共计100余篇次,出版专著4部、教材3部。获省部级二等奖2项(2018年度中国电子学会科技进步二等奖1项,第1;获2015年度重庆市科技进步二等奖1项,第1);获三等奖6项(2011年度重庆市科技进步三等奖1项,第1;2009年度重庆市技术发明三等奖1项,第1;2009年度中国机械工业科学技术发明奖三等奖1项,第1;2000年度重庆市科学技术三等奖1项,第5;获2020年度中国机械工程学会科技进步三等奖1项,第1;2020年度中国公路学会科技进步三等奖1项,第1)。
