Details of The Attending Registration
Join as a Presenter
If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend CISAT 2027 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration. For further information, please contact us att: iccisat@126.com.
Join as a Listener
CISAT 2027 is a must-attend conference. It is a good opportunity and an effective platform for you to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the field of the latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline.
Details of The Registration Fees
1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fare
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after your payment is received.
5. If you cannot attend the conference for any reason, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt / official receipt.
Refund Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of the payment will be refunded
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of the payment will be refunded
* Within 30 days before the conference: 30% of the payment will be refunded
* After the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund requests must be made formally by email.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be the responsibility of the Organizing Committee and the refund policy shall not apply either.
